Interlude of Pleasure and Restoration #1

Interlude of Pleasure and Restoration has officially begun!

Kicked it off with a night with Norman Harris beginning to binge The Gilded Age (to be continued later in the week/saw so many theatre people in it, including @Michael Gill who was AWESOME) and then training down to NYC this am to present about the Berkshire/Columbia County Pay Equity Project (one of my consulting gigs) with Aron Goldman and Janis Martinson at APAP/NYC as a case study to show the value of this work in the hopes of encouraging APAP members to join the APAP Compensation/Pay Equity Project so we can get national data as a benchmark.

And ran into Teresa Coleman Wash at APAP - which we always LOVE! Last time I ran into her, we were lobbying in Washington D.C. together for the Professional Non Profit Theatre Coalition. Such a hoot.

Now sitting and relaxing at the sanctuary that is the home of Robin Gelfenbien (Thank you Robin!) and feeling pretty awesome. 2.5 more days of Pleasure in NYC...I was anxious this morning coming in as this city is always overstimulating to me, but as the day went on, that was replaced by feelings of childlike excitement- yay! #gratitude

The Berkshire/Columbia County Pay Equity Project is officially launched on the national stage! 15 Arts and Culture orgs and growing....to learn more join us at the NPC Lunch and Learn on January 26th: https://npcberkshires.org/.../lunch-and-learn-how-the.../
